Zika is a story of strength and survival. Found abandoned for over a month in a rural area near Tirana, this sweet girl was cruelly mistreated by locals who kicked her with stones and even tried to run her over. But Zika outran the hate. Fast, clever, and determined to live, she survived it all.
Thanks to a kind-hearted woman who fed her in secret and an emergency rescue decision made from our heart, Zika now has a second chance. She’s currently safe in a paid shelter but she needs now her own home.
