Mimi was one of our toughest rescue cases yet. Found on the streets in terrible condition, she had two broken legs and faced a long road to recovery. After undergoing two surgeries, we discovered that Mimi was also pregnant—with seven puppies. The thought of her enduring such hardship while expecting and struggling to walk was heartbreaking.

Fortunately, this time we had the support of Network for Animals, an esteemed foreign organization that generously covered all travel expenses, including the flight volunteer’s tickets. Their assistance allowed us to focus fully on Mimi’s recovery and her future without the weight of financial worries.

Today, Mimi is safe and cherished in her new home in Paris. She spends her days snuggled on her bed, surrounded by love and care. Her journey to this happy ending shows the incredible impact of compassion and collaboration in the fight for animal welfare.
