Adoption Requirements & Application Form

I commit to caring for the animal and keeping it as a valued member of my family for the entirety of its life.

I confirm that my home environment is safe and secure, ensuring that the animal cannot escape even when I am not present (windows with nets are a must for the cats).

All members of my household are in agreement with the adoption and are willing to assist in caring for the animal in my absence.

If I reside in rented accommodation, I will ensure that the property owner permits the keeping of pets.

I acknowledge that adoption fees are non-refundable and that adopting an animal requires lifelong responsibility.

I understand and accept that DARM may conduct a home inspection prior to finalizing the adoption process.

I confirm that I am able to provide appropriate nutrition, shelter, and ongoing veterinary care for the animal, and litter for the cats.

I have sufficient time and commitment to dedicate to the animal, including training, exercise, and general care.

In the event that I relocate, I confirm that the animal will remain with me.

I understand that there are no guarantees regarding the animal’s age, health status, or temperament.

I confirm that I do not have allergies to animals and that I fully agree with the terms and conditions of adoption.

I pledge that I will never abandon, neglect, or hand over in a shelter the adopted animal.
